Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy. If you don't, you can return or exchange it.

Time limit
You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. This extends the 14-day legal right of withdrawal.

Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or swimwear if the protective seal has been removed.

How to request it
1. Email us at info.eliaora@gmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason (return or size exchange).
2. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Send the item well packed and keep your proof of shipping.
We cannot accept parcels sent without a prior request.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. In those cases, we cover the costs.

Size exchanges
To exchange a size, request a return as described above. Once we receive it, we'll send you the new size at no shipping cost, or refund you if it's no longer available.

Refunds
We'll refund you using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of you informing us of your decision. We may wait until we receive the item (or your proof of shipping) before issuing the refund. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.

Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email us at info.eliaora@gmail.com with a photo and we'll send you a new one or refund you in full, as you prefer. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity provided by consumer law.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason. To exercise it, simply let us know in writing at info.eliaora@gmail.com, for example using the form below (not mandatory). Our 30-day policy includes and extends this right.
